Recently switched to 48 network and have full coverage problem is when I try to make a call it says number restricted and to go to my corner. Can anyone help please!!!

Did you log a ticket? any developments?
NB.
When having a ticket addressed by an agent, while you should check regularly for a response-avoid posting further queries unless specifically requested by your agent - as this can hinder the process...

Did you purchase membership? You need it to make any calls/send any texts etc.
Without it you will be able to receive texts and calls.
What number(s) are you trying to call?
Some are not covered by membership and are charged from your cash credit balance.
