If you mean can you speak to support then the answer is "no" as all support is done online.

I am a new resident and unable order a sim cos I am using a UK line here in Ireland. Could you pls advise on what I can do to order this sim.

What do you mean by "line" here?

If you mean a UK mobile number then you cannot port that to an Irish mobile network.

If you mean something else then please clarify.

If you have problems ordering a SIM online then perhaps you can try a FunTech store?
