If you mean can you speak to support then the answer is "no" as all support is done online.
Or do you mean that you cannot make/receive calls or something?
In which case you need to describe the exact problem in a bit more detail please.

What do you mean by "line" here?
If you mean a UK mobile number then you cannot port that to an Irish mobile network.
If you mean something else then please clarify.
If you have problems ordering a SIM online then perhaps you can try a FunTech store?
