my account is not renewing. I already said for Auto renew

Did you get some error message about auto-renewal not working? 

If so then what did it say? 

When did auto-renewal work successfully for you last? 

Is your registered payment card still valid, it's not frozen via your online banking, and there are funds in the account to cover the payment if it's a debit card?
