Resolved! Roaming problem

I have just put my new SIM card into my iPad, it asked to update settings which I did. Since then, it has been trying to connect but with no luck. Does anyone have any idea as to why this may be? Any suggestions gratefully received. 

Not taking credit balance and charging card

Hi I topped up 50 EUR at xmas but 48 keeps charging my credit card and not taking the prepaid balance. Support chat button is never available ANy way to make sure it takes only the credit ?
