Transaction Failed/ Transaction Unsuccessful

Every time I try to buy a membership, add credit, or even save my card- after I approve the transaction on my bank side for the security step the 48.ie site issues me the "transaction fail/your transaction was unsuccessful" message. I have tried many different cards, on my phone and on my laptop but I get the same error message every time. Customer support can't even help, anyone else having this issue?

I bought a membership on a new account/SIM last night and had no problem.
It went through the usual verified by VISA process and the payment went through without any issues.
Not sure why you're having problems and why 48 support can't seem to help.
