I have moved to the UAE so I want to cancel my membership so I am not charged for the year as I am no longer using my Irish number anymore

Hi, Today the payment didn't go thorough and said my bundle expired I tried to purchase the plan again but not going through. I added different card the payment said success but still don't see the plan under my account.
