Hi, iam faiz I recharged my membership today with €10.99. Initially it showed failed transaction, 2 nd time the recharge was successful. But unfortunately they deducted my payment twice instead of once. Please help me to get my refund. Thanks

I topped up 11EUR this morning from my Current account and I can see the debit but my credit bal is 0.06cTransactions shows my top up and a 10gb plan - no wi fi Dashboard shows 0 balance

Won't let me use credit to buy 10 euro for 6 months plan.

I have 20.02 euros in my account, and the plan costs 19. 98 in total. When I first click the buy plan option, I see an option to use credit to pay for it and a card, but after accepting the conditions, the page only shows a pay with card option.

I thought i paid this morning but even though my bank says pending my son has no credit/plan

I did a 12.99 recharge it’s showing in upcoming recharge from 1st june. Today is 1st june still the data is not reflecting in my app and mobile data is not working

Sim not working

Sim not working it’s saying I have a purchase plan in progress and it takes 5 minutes to process. It’s been a day now
