I came back to 48.ie because I received a text saying the FUP is removed in August 2024.Now we are in Sept 2024, but I am in the subscription I paid in August 2024. Am I in the real unlimited plan with no FUP?

Why is my plan not unlimited, but only 200GB per month? Why is there no online customer service function, which allows real-time conversation, to cancel it or move it to another place?

I have joined up with 48 mobile I am trying to get a mobile plan, there is a problem with my bank at moment, I can`t make call or send texts.
