Suspended SIM - how to get it working again?

i have a suspended sim i want to know how i can fix this and buy my membership

48 roaming didn't work - now no service back in Ireland

I went abroad and 48 wouldn’t work when roaming so got an eSIM and when I returned home I still had no service so having to use eSIM from different company again and phone calls and texts not working How do I fix this

Today I seen a €10.99 Plan for 48 on switcher.ie.It is listed as a "Switcher Exclusive" and as a limited time offer, ending on 26/06/25.However I don't know how to apply for this offer, either through 48.ie or switcher.ie.How can I apply for this off...
