Hi all, I'm trying to upgrade to the 5g 12.99 plan. Every time I click upgrade I get this message  "Oops. Something went wrong. We are working on a fix. Check back shortly."    I've tried on my mobile and laptop.    Any help with this would be great ...

From student plan to normal plan

I'm currently on student plan. But since my student email address will be terminated soon after graduation, what should I do to switch over to the normal plan, without getting disruption for service?
