Payment processing - check back later?

Hi, im trying to buy credit or set up an auto renewal for my sons phone. I bought credit for one month but im now trying to set up auto renewal. I input all details and i get a pop up saying Payment processing in progress, please check back later. Ive tried this over a couple of days and nothing has been processed, no email either. 

Is there just a problem with the site at the moment do you think
