€15.40 cash credit on account but can't use it to buy plan

I have 15.40 euro credit and i won't to renew my plan

If you have enough cash credit to cover the cost of whatever you're buying then you should get the option to pay using cash credit rather than bank card at checkout. 

If you're not getting the option to pay using cash credit on your account then you'll need to contact 48 support for assistance.
