300 remaining minutes unable to do calls

just top up with 60 additional minutes even tho have over 300mins remaining....still can't do a phone call

Can I buy credit for my sim in Tesco because it's 089 or do I have to buy it online

I topped up my phone by €9 about 20 minutes ago as there was already €1 credit on my phone. When I log into my account it is only showing the €1 credit however the €9 has come out of my bank account.

I can't buy credit in the shop anymore. It was available until last month. Why is this. Also, every time I try to buy credit online it sends an error after I put in the code they send me. Can't buy the credit.
