I refer a friend they top up I got an email to say My credit was added to my account but it hasn't. How can I get this checked

I had the same problem, when i contacted them, they told me to share their name, email, mobile number and mode of payment. The thing is, I shared my referral in 5-6 whatsapp groups and i don't know which person joined it. I just know his name because it was mentioned in the mail, rest i don't have any details. Are these guys giving any free credit or just fooling us? WTF! The customer care guy just ended the chat without any response, ridiculous!
