The wrong number is attached to my membership, what can I do

My sim card stopped working, can't even get a signal, I thought I had run out of credit, but I have 16 days left. I looked into my profile and the wrong number is attached to my sim card & membership. How did this happen, why and how can I stop/change it?

That's obviously very odd.

You're definitely not logging into a different 48 account?

I've done that before myself! 

If not then you'll have to contact 48 support about this.
