Hi, i used to have an account with 48 but i moved to other network. I can't move back to 48 and webchat is not available always since the past few days despite trying many times.

Unable to top up with account balance

When i try to top up with my 48 account balance it says “specified method not supported”. How could this be fixed?

New Membership

Joined yesterday. All working fine then. However today cannot call or text. Get message saying membership expired. When I look at account it says 30 days left and unlimited calls and texts. Anyone else having this issue today
