My phone keeps saying no saying no services

E.g...

 

Was it working ok before now or are you just joining 48?

If it was working before did anything change on the phone such as settings changes, software update, factory reset?

What make and model of phone?

Can you do a manual search for networks and, if so, what networks get listed?

Can you see and connect to 48?

Is the phone unlocked for use on any network?

Have you recently returned home from roaming abroad?

Any other relevant info?

Do you mean that you are roaming in the UK at the moment and can only make emergency calls?

If that's the case then if the links here don't help then you'll have to contact 48 support.
