Money gone no credit

Hi buy twice membership since yesterday but not got credit 10 euro each time it's mean I paid 20 euro and I always select gudio but not got any credit

Going away

If I'm going away for a while but still want to keep my number, can people still call me from abroad and can I still call others while I'm abroad?
