Hi All,This morning I was advised that I had 4 new voice messages. When I clicked on to 171 my phone did not take me to any messages but instead immediately began to make an outgoing call to an 089 mobile number with an additional digit in the number...

Hi I received a text message to confirm I had no data. My membership renews on 7 of each month so I am a little confussed.

New sim. Cannot receive or send calls or texts.

Just received SIM in post. Activated membership ok.Took a new phone number from 48 (treble checked).Phone has a network and shows 48 as supplier.I received 2 txts from 48 to say they would be sending mobile data settings.I cannot receive or send call...

Im looking to get a vat receipt each month or even any type of receipt will do. I contacted support they said they would get back to me but I haven't heard anything since 3 or 4 days
