Won't let me top up on minutes

Hi ran out of minutes and it won't let me top up from saved card just says oops problem with my card information but haven't changed any information
Please help thanks

Thanks for all your help but 48 say it's my card and my bank that declined the transaction
Anybody know how I can set up a different card
