You seem to be using an iPhone in which case you need to be aware of this issue due to the stupid way that Apple do things:

Also, if you find that data does not work when roaming abroad in the EU then check your internet settings and if the APN field has changed from 48months.liffeytelecom.com then edit it to change it back to that, save the changes, switch airplane mode on and then off and check if data then starts working.
