What do you mean by "stopped working"?
Do you still have a connection to the 48 network and signal bars?
If not then what happens when you do a manual search for networks?
Can you see and connect to 48?
If you have a network connection then what doesn't work?
Calls? Texts? Mobile data?
What happens when you try to make a call or send a text?
Can you receive calls/texts?
What make and model of phone is it?
Did anything change recently such as a software update, settings changes, factory reset etc.?
Do you have an active membership plan and non-zero allowance balances?
If necessary you might want to contact 48 support about this.
