Sorry not allowed call this number - only on some numbers

My phone will only allow me to call certain mobile numbers yet when i try to ring someone else , i am being told "sorry you are not allowed to call this number" , just wondering how this could be fixed? All numbers working fine before I joined 48.

What sort of number? 

Membership/add-on call allowances only cover calls to Irish mobile and landline numbers. 

And calls to Northern Ireland landlines dialled using the 048 rather that 0044 prefix. 

Some other calls only work if you have cash credit on your account to pay for them.

I get this message only when I try to ring my mother which is funny because she’s my emergency contact if I ever go missing I blame 48 at this rate 😂 I don’t know why I can’t ring my own mother like I’m blocked

What sort of number?

If it's an Irish national landline/mobile number or a Northern Ireland landline dialled using the 048 rather than 00 44 prefix and doesn't connect when you have a working membership plan then you should probably contact 48 support for assistance.
