Why can't I buy extra minutes??

I'm out of minutes & need to buy some more, but I can't seem to see an option to buy an add on. The account is in credit, but I just can't seem to see the option. Anyone able to help me out?

I can't see the add-ons option on the web view but I can see it on the app in case that helps at all?

Yes there seems to be a problem for me with both the app and the desk top. They are currently working to resolve it. There is no option to buy credit on my desktop and on the app it will let you get as far as the card payment and it comes back as an error.
