Charged €7.99 twice - need a refund

Please refund my extra €7.99 , I don't know why two time cutting my money?

If you were charged twice then you'll have to contact 48 support for assistance with getting a refund.

They don't generally monitor or respond to posts here on the Community Forum.

Have the same problem plan was out top up plan didn't go through attempted again went through 2 deductions form bank have not automatically renew activated

Did you end up with two plans? 

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments/purchases?

If you need a refund then you'll have to contact 48 support.
