SIM activation

I bought a new SIM card but when I tried to activate it I got the following message "Sorry, that SIM has already been registered. You can either ask an agent for help or just order another SIM."

I just took the SIM out of a new packet

See here for alternative ways to activate the SIM if the code on the pack doesn't work. 

If that still doesn't work then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for further assistance.

If, somehow, that SIM can't be activated then you'll probably need to order another one as the message suggests.
