Request for refund of second membership charge

Hi team,

I did recharge once and it didn't gave me membership. So had do it twice, 2nd time got the membership.
Can you refund one extra payment made by me as soon as possible.

Are you sure that you didn't simply inadvertently buy two memberships and the second has stacked on your account to kick in when the first eventually expires?

What does your Transactions page say about the relevant purchases?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status, allowance balances and expiry date?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming memberships?

If there has been some mistake with your membership plan purchases then you'll have to contact 48 support for further assistance.
