What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?
Maybe you have simply (inadvertently?) bought two membership plans instead of one and both are on your account?
Does your My48 account Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership(s)?
If you still think that you need a refund then you'll need to contact 48 support for further assistance.
Nobody on the Community Forum is going to be able to help with refund issues.
