Hi, I keep getting a notification that I've used my data limit for this month, but you charged my account 4 days ago! When I try to log into the app it constantly comes up with an error, even though I've downloaded the update. Can you help please?

When and where are you getting this notification?
What is the exact message text?
Can you access your My48 account via the website rather than the app?
Do you get the same message there?
Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it?
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status, allowance balances and expiry date?
What does your Transactions page say about the recent payment?
Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plans?
