I topped up 11EUR this morning from my Current account and I can see the debit but my credit bal is 0.06c

Transactions shows my top up and a 10gb plan - no wi fi 

Dashboard shows 0 balance

What exactly do you mean by "topped up"?

What exactly did you buy? 

Membership plan, add-on, cash credit? 

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment?

If you are new to 48 then you might want to read up about how membership plans work because it's a little different to some other pay as you go mobile providers:

What exactly do you mean by "dashboard shows 0 balance"?

Balance for what exactly? 

What "10gb" plan are you referring to? 

There's no such plan that I'm aware of. 

When you say "no wi fi" do you actually mean "no mobile data"?

Are your APN settings configured correctly?
