You'll need to post a bit more information than that if you want assistance from the Community Forum.

What sort of payment?

Membership plan, add-on, cash credit? 

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment?

Does your My48 account dashboard list an active membership plan?

What exactly do you mean by "not working"?

What exactly is/isn't working? 

Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars? 

Incoming/outgoing calls? 

Incoming/outgoing texts? 

Mobile data? 

What happens when you try to use any outgoing services?

Any error messages?

When was everything working ok last? 

When were you last able to successfully buy stuff on 48?

Is your payment card still valid, not frozen via your online banking, and there are sufficient funds in the account if it's a debit card?
