Payment deducted twice

Hi,
I recharged my plan for a month, initially it showed error for payment and for second time when i tried to pay, my payment was deducted twice. Can you help to get the refund please.

If both payments went though ok in spite of the error then you should have two membership plans on your account. 

Maybe one currently active here: 

And one stacked on your account as an upcoming membership plan for the next month here:

In which case you haven't lost out.

If you still need a refund then you'll have to contact 48 support.
