I've had a plan for months, and it was on automatic payment, but I didn't have money in my account, so it wasn't paid automatically. I've already put money in and went to the app to pay, but it's saying to buy a plan. Do I have to purchase everything again?

If auto-renewal failed then you'll be to buy a plan manually for this month and then auto-renewal will take over again next time around.
When auto-renewal fails, for example because of insufficient bank funds, then it doesn't retry when you add money to the bank account.
