Paid my membership but have no data

I recently paid my membership the day after the old one expired, but when I check my48 it says i have 0 GBs of data left, despite having calls and texts and a new counter on the amount of days left of this new membership.

This seems to happen from time to time to some users for some reason.

Doesn't make sense to me but the only way to sort it out is to contact 48 support.
