Number hasn't changed

Hi, I an still being charged on the old network and have 2 numbers going now, I requested it to be changed but nothing has happened

If you are being charged by another provider then you need to contact them about that as it has nothing to do with 48.

To port a number to 48 you follow these instructions.

It will stop charging as soon as it changes over, the problem is the number wont change, ive put in that its bill payb and the account number and security code loads of times now, i have had the number 20 years so dont want to lose it. 

is there no way of contactng 48 for them to check issue
