It will stop charging as soon as it changes over, the problem is the number wont change, ive put in that its bill payb and the account number and security code loads of times now, i have had the number 20 years so dont want to lose it.
is there no way of contactng 48 for them to check issue

The link that I posted above says what to do if there are problems porting a number over to 48.
