New membership requires new sim card or old sim card

Hi there, so i joined the 48 in march and on last monday the subscription had ended so i renewed it and paid so i have wait till new sim card arrives or not.

I don't understand.
You joined in March and bought a membership?
So you presumably had a 48 SIM up and running at that point?
Your first membership has now run its full monthly course and you have bought a new one?
Why do you think you need to get a new SIM?
Once you have a SIM working you just use that from then on.
You don't get a new SIM every month!
