Not receiving any SMS verification codes

Hello guys

 

I need your urgent attention and help please! 

 

I just port in my Lyca mobile into 48 but I am not able to receive any text messages or verification codes!? I am able to use the data internet and make and receive calls but the SMS is not working for some reason, I have tried contacting the support MANY times with no hope, as well as I have followed their support channel to set my APN, MMSC and the proxy according to this link https://community.48.ie/t5/The-Knowledge-Base/Data-APN-Settings-i-e-Internet-amp-MMS-Settings/ta-p/5... 

but also it did not help the problem, would you be able please to help me out!? I am seriously considering cancelling the entire service and moving to another network because of this issue and the non-professional support team on the chat service they have.

This happens to some users for some reason. 

Nobody here on the Community Forum is going to be able to help.
