hi my plan has changed to 10 .99 how can i get refunded and put back on my 7.99 one

What do you mean "has changed"?

The plan that gets bought doesn't change unilaterally unless you choose a different one. 

So presumably you bought a €10.99 plan last time instead of a €7.99 plan?

What exactly happened?
