"[4 weekly] plan" is the new term replacing "[monthly] membership".
But the term "plan" has caused others confusion too and they thought that it meant "account".
I'm pretty sure that the new offer is for a single account/SIM on which the first four 4-weekly payments ("plans") cost €6.50 (not €6.99) and thereafter it's €12.99.
And it's for new customers so the only way an existing customer could avail of it is if they lose their existing number and take a new one.
I don't think that it's of much use to you/your family unless you are prepared to start as if you're a new customer and take a new number.
