I recharged 3 times and money debited from my account still I didn't get the membership.

What does your My48 account say about your membership status?

 

 

What does your transactions page say about your recent transactions?

 

 

If you have an active membership plan that has not yet run its full course and expired then buying new membership plans will not help as they will simply stack on your account to kick in when the current one dies eventually expire.

Buying a new membership plan does not terminate the current one prematurely.

 

If you have used up a membership plan's bundled allowances before it has expired then you need to look at add-ons rather than new membership plans.
