Hi I want to make a payment. The card I use to pay was frozen by AIB. This has been sorted now so I need to make a payment so that I can make calls again from 08X XXXXXXX, Thanks, Theresa

What happens when you try to buy a new plan manually here?
Any error messages?
If you mean that your plan normally auto-renews but it failed recently because of card issues, then once the card issues have been sorted out then you need to buy your next plan manually and then auto-renewal will take over again from next month.
Once it falls auto-renewal doesn't retry and it needs a manual plan purchase to kick it off again from the next plan onwards.
