My bank card was expired last month so I don’t have data anymore. I updated my bank card and bought €20 credit to repay the payment. But I still don’t have data. Could you please check my plan?

Buying cash credit is not the same as buying a monthly membership plan. 

If you don't have an active membership plan then you'll need to buy one manually before auto-renewal will take over again from next month.
