I've paid for a plan but my sim isn't working

Is this the same issue as here or a different one? 

Assuming that it's a different issue...

If you want assistance from the Community Forum then you'll need to post a bit more information than that. 

What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment? 

What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership plan status and expiry date? 

What exactly is or isn't working? 

Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars? 

Incoming/outgoing calls? 

Incoming/outgoing texts? 

Mobile data? 

When were things working ok last? 

What happens when you try to use any services? Any error messages?
