First off, it's not a good idea to post personal details such as your phone number and SIM ID in a public forum like this where anybody can see and use them. You might want to edit your post to remove these details.
If your SIM was deactivated because you didn't purchase a membership plan for 6+ months then you'll need to contact 48 support for assistance with getting it working again.
