If you used up your current membership data allowance then buying a new membership won't help as the newly purchased membership plan will simply stack on your account to kick in when the current one eventually expires.
In that case you need to buy a data add-on or use Flexi Data to get more data allowance in order to continue using mobile data until the current membership ends.
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status, allowance balances and expiry date?
What does your Transactions page say about your recent payments?
Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming memberships?
