Joined 48 today but can't make payment

Join up today put in new sim later in the day tried to make a payment 10 hours later still trying Won't allow me to enter card details. Card Fine

What do mean by "won't allow me to enter card details"?

Where exactly are you trying to do this and what happens?

Any error messages?

If you try the app instead of the website - or vice versa - does that make any difference?

You have to do it via the website not the app but to be honest that's just as useless, have been trying for the past 4 days, cannot even get in contact with them, regret buying the SIM in the first place

What happens when you try to buy a membership plan?
