Join up today put in new sim later in the day tried to make a payment 10 hours later still trying Won't allow me to enter card details. Card Fine

What do mean by "won't allow me to enter card details"?
Where exactly are you trying to do this and what happens?
Any error messages?
If you try the app instead of the website - or vice versa - does that make any difference?
