Can you try another method (e.g. app instead of browser or vice versa, different browser/device etc.) to see if that makes any difference?
If it doesn't then you'll have to contact 48 support and ask them to look into the problem.

In the meantime if you know another 48 user perhaps you could ask them to gift you the membership and then reimburse them just to circumvent the problem for the moment?
