My account became in active, even though I have automatic renewal.
I don't why this happen. I had this account for few years and has always worked fine up to now.

What exactly do you mean by "inactive"? What are the symptoms of this?
Do you still have a connection to the 48 network?
Can you do anything - make/receive calls, send/receive texts, use mobile data?
Can you log into your My48 account?
Maybe auto-renewal simply failed for some reason and you need to buy a membership plan manually this month?
Maybe your payment card details need to be updated?
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status, allowance balances and expiry date?
What does your Transactions page say about your most recent payment/purchase?
