How to change from €12.99 to €10.99 plan?

I'd like to change my monthly plan from 12.99euros to 10.99euros. Could you please let me know the process to change my monthly plan.

You just buy the plan that you want. 

If you don't see the €10.99 option then it may not be available to you.
