But i still cannot access account and make calls

Your original post is blank and the subject line doesn't really explain the issue clearly. 

Neither do the subsequent posts.

If you want assistance from the Community Forum then you need to explain your question or issue clearly. 

What exactly are you trying to do, what steps are you taking to do it, what happens/goes wrong, any error messages etc.?

What exactly do you mean by "I still cannot access account"?

Did you have a similar problem four years ago? 

Maybe you need to do whatever you did back then to overcome the issue?

I had ordered a new card & forgot to update my payment details. I missed my payment yesterday. How can I fix adap

You need to buy your next plan manually here:

And then auto-renewal will take over again next time assuming that the registered card details remain valid, the card isn't frozen via your online banking, and there are sufficient funds in the account if it's a debit card.

Auto-renewal never retries after a payment failure and needs to be "kick started" again with a manual plan purchase as I've described.
