What exactly do you mean by "extra charges" and "I have recharged for a plan"?
I presume that you mean that you bought a new membership plan?
What exactly do you mean by "no service"?
Do you have a connection to the 48 network aka any signal bars?
Does anything work - calls, texts, data?
Did you ever have such services working?
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status and calls/texts/data allowance balances?
What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?
Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming memberships?
Remember that if you have an active membership and use up its allowance balances then buying a new membership doesn't help. The new membership will stack on your account to kick in when the current membership eventually expires. In the meantime you need to buy add-ons or use Flexi Data to get additional allowances so you can continue to use the relevant services for the remainder of the current membership month.
